3 recorded webinars of groundwater modeling in a hillslope area are public for limited time in our Patreon

We have researched over the several steps of groundwater modeling on specific cases with data from public repositories to give high level educational material. In this case we have made public 3 recorded webinars in our Patreon account that covers an applied case of groundwater flow regime on a hillslope area at Mukilteo city, Washington, US.

Part 1: Applied case of hydrogeological conceptual modeling on a hillslope area with QGIS

Information from geology, meteorology, observation data and boundary conditions will be discussed in a QGIS session with regard to the construction of a groundwater numerical model in MODFLOW.

Part 2: Groundwater Modeling on a Hillslope Area - Model Construction

The webinar includes all the steps of model construction and package configuration with a final display of calculated - observed head values done with Flopy. This webinar is the base for a coming webinar on manual calibration and a subsequent webinar of sensibility analysis and machine learning assisted calibration.

Part 3: Calibration of a Groundwater Flow Model in MODFLOW 6 with Model Muse and Python

We have developed an applied case of calibration of a groundwater flow model on a hillslope area where the hydraulic parameters and boundary conditions are modified methodically and the different hydraulic responses are compared to define right next steps in the calibration procedure.
